Elyn Karfjell
Board member
Elyn Karfjell qualified as a state-authorised auditor at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She has boardroom experience from such companies as Norse Energy Corporation, Aker Floating Production ASA, Aktiv Kapital, Aker American Shipping, Sevan Drilling Ltd., Hent AS and Ernst & Young.
Karfjell is a Board Member of DNO, Aker Philadelphia Shipyards ASA, Contesto AS and Idrettens Helsesenter AS. She has been a partner at Ernst & Young, CFO at Ementor Norge AS (now Atea), chief operating executive of Fabi Group, Managing Partner of the consulting business Atelika AS and CFO at Statsbygg. As of today, she holds the position as Executive Vice President Property Management at Statsbygg.
Karfjell was elected to the board of New Eagle Corporation 25 April 2014 and owns 407,700 shares in the company through Elika AS.
Joe Romestrand

Joe Romestrand has been in the oil service business for 35 years, holding various senior positions which include several directorships. He is the founder and chair of the privately owned Norwegian investment group Rome AS.
He is currently CEO of Evotec AS, board member of Entec Group AS and of Havila Shipping ASA.
Romestrand is a Norwegian citizen resident in Ulsteinvik. Romestrand was elected to the board 13 February 2014 and owns 1,440,000 shares through the Rome AS company.

Patrick Bendriss
co-CEO
Patrick Bendriss was hired as the co-CEO of New Eagle Corporation in January 2022.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Bendriss has since 2016 served as an advisor to New Eagle Corporation, supporting the company in developing and implementing its strategic turnaround. He has extensive research, advisory and transaction experience from 18 years in the investment banking industry, with companies such as Morgan Stanley, Danske Bank and Carnegie. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Reach Subsea ASA and as Board Member of Wind Catching Systems AS. Bendriss has a MsC in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) from 1994.
The total number of shares beneficially owned through Celisa Capital AS is 11,891,726, which equals a 9.99% ownership in New Eagle Corporation.
